Initially, I recommended we meet weekly for at least the first 3 months. This is an opportunity for us to build the foundation of our relationship, get to know each other, and develop therapeutic goals for our time together.
You do not. Dance/Movement therapy is for everyone and no prior dance experience is necessary.
My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable space where you can freely express yourself. During our initial sessions, I prioritize listening to your concerns. As we progress, many of my clients find me to be an engaging and relatable therapist. I often use practical examples, psycho-education, and humor to support you throughout your therapeutic journey.
I meet with individuals primarily on telehealth. I offer in-person sessions on Thursdays in downtown Boston.
